Change your password or your email address

Short answer: Passwords change on the Security and privacy page of your account. Changing the email address is not yet self-service: write to privacy@litesum.com from your current address.

Change your password

1. Sign in and open Security and privacy from your account page.
2. Under Change your password, enter the current password, then the new one twice. At least 10 characters; length matters more than symbols.
3. Choose Change password. The page confirms it.

If the two new passwords differ, the page says so and nothing changes.

Change your email address

Not yet possible from the page. Write to privacy@litesum.com from the address currently on the account and say which address you would like instead. A person handles it.
