Litesum

Account & security

Download your data or delete your account

Last reviewed 18 September 2026.

Short answer: Both are on the Security and privacy page. The export is one JSON file of everything Litesum holds about you. Deletion removes the account, its computers, licences and subscription records, cancels any active subscription, and cannot be undone.

Download your data

  1. Sign in and open Security and privacy.
  2. Under Your data, choose Download my data.

The file contains your account, computers, subscriptions, entitlements, issued licences and the events on your account. Litesum never holds your images or projects, so there is nothing of those to include.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in and open Security and privacy.
  2. Under Delete your account, read what it says, enter your password, and type DELETE in capitals.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What happens, in the portal's own words: it removes your account, your devices, your licences and your subscription records, and cancels any active subscription so nothing further is charged. Applications already installed keep working until their current licence runs out (at most seven days), then stop saving and exporting. Your images, projects and settings on your computer are never touched. Payment records the payment provider is obliged to keep are kept by them, and the corresponding entries in Litesum's payment log, for as long as the law requires.

Deletion is different from cancelling a membership. To keep the account and stop paying, see Cancel your membership.
