Recover an interrupted or failed download

Short answer: Start it again. The launcher's downloads resume from where they stopped and every file is checked against its published hash before it is used, so an interrupted download cannot leave a broken installation.

Steps

1. Reconnect, then open the launcher and choose Install or Update again on the same application.
2. The download continues from where it stopped.
3. If the finished file fails its check, the launcher discards it and downloads it again rather than installing something damaged.

If it keeps failing

• Check that the computer can reach downloads.litesum.com.
• Free some disk space in your user folder.
• Contact support with the application name and what the launcher said; see Contact support.
