Licences & offline use
Expired membership or expired local licence?
Last reviewed 18 September 2026.
Short answer: If your account page shows an active membership, the computer's local licence has simply run out of its seven-day window: connect to the internet and open the launcher. If the account page shows no active membership, the membership itself has ended: subscribe again.
Tell them apart
- Sign in at account.litesum.com and read the subscription line.
- Active with a next billing date: the membership is fine. The computer has been offline for more than seven days, or was removed from your account. Open the launcher while online; it renews the licence within seconds. If the computer was removed, activate it again.
- No active subscription, or cancelled with a date that has passed: the membership has ended. Choose Subscribe to start a new one; the computer's licence renews on the next check.
What "refused" looks like
Photo refuses Save, Save As, Export and Print and says why; Enhance greys out new enhancements. Neither touches anything already on disk.
